Return Policy

With the large amount of shifters we are sending out, we get a lot of questions about fitment and applications. Once in a while, shifters don't fit like they should for applications that are not listed on our site and a refund is in order. Here is our full refund policy:

The Getta Grip Return & Refund Policy- If it doesn't fit, you don't have to keep it.

Our return policy is simple- If it doesn't work, fit, or otherwise perform in a reliable manner, send it back for a refund. With that being said, please make sure that you have verified the application for your car and the shifter you are ordering. Use the application and installation notes found on each listing and if there are any questions, send us a message.

If a return is needed, please contact us before sending anything back to us so that we can verify the need for a refund and the proper handling of the returned item. Any parts that are returned without prior approval will not be eligible for a full refund. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Getta Grip will cover all outgoing shipping.

Be aware that all returned products, that are not damaged or defective in any way, are subject to a re-stocking fee of 15% of the original order price, paid by the customer.

If there are any issues outside the scope of product fitment, function, usage, and a refund is requested, please contact us. All requests will be processed and we reserve the right to deny a refund outside of the Getta Grip Return & Refund Policy.
